CHAI MASALA

My lovely boyfriend inspired me to this since he is such a chai addict and also helps him sooth and relax after a hard working day so here it goes ❤
🌿
Chai – a aromatic blend of healing spices that is a staple in every Indian household! YES it tastes so good, but more than that this spice blend holds so many medicinal qualities. The overall effect of masala chai is warming and stimulating, the ginger cinnamon nutmeg and black pepper are all heating spices and also help detox the body, perfect for a winters afternoon..snuggle up with a book and some masala chai…but there’s also fennel and cardamom which add a balance of sweet cool flavors. You can double, triple, batch make this recipe so you have a good amount stocked up.
🌿

🥗 I N G R E D I E N T S
4 tbsp ginger powder
4 tbsp cardamom ground
2 tbsp cinnamon ground
1 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tsp nutmeg ground
1 tsp black pepper ground
2 tbsp coconut sugar
